Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can have positive effects on your social, emotional, and physical wellbeing—but this is entirely dependent on how you choose to define healthy. You may view “healthy” in terms of the food you ate for lunch, what the scale said that morning, or if you were able to add that extra mile on yesterday’s run.
To me, healthy means making choices that make me feel happy and confident, both emotionally and physically. For many people, choosing what to eat leaves them feeling stressed and unsatisfied. As your nutrition therapist, it is my goal to make the relationship you have with food a simple and enjoyable one. Through an individualized and supportive counseling approach, we will work together to achieve your vision of healthy.
